Returns

Each purchase you make creates a substantial gift to a charity. We're low margin producers, more concerned with creating an economic benefit for your cause than with making a profit. Therefore, we do not have an amount built into the product cost to cover the cost of returns. However, we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase due to manufacturers defect. If item doesn't work or is defective we'll take it back within 14 days.

If your item doesn't fit, we will appreciate you giving it to someone it does fit, or as a donation to a local charity, then order a better size for yourself.

Items are inspected for mfg defect prior to shipping and we're confident you will have only a superior product experience with our products.
